Implementation of Simulation Education and Training on Barcode Technology in the Medication Delivery Process and Medication Safety.

Populations: 30 patients in the acute geriatric unit females and how many males. Ages range between 24-85

Daily average census of patients is 28

Medication error rates are calculated monthly using the average daily census. This is how they got the 10% of the medication error rate they described in the project.

I should describe the types of medication errors: Drug administration errors, wrong patient administration. Any other type of medication error you can add.
