What will I be asked to do if I choose to be in this project?

The project will take place over 10 weeks. How much time will I be asked to devote to this project?

You will be asked to spend around an hour to complete the pre-implementation self-reported questionnaire (Brief Medication Questionnaire) and an hour to complete the post-implementation questionnaire (Brief Medication Questionnaire). You will be asked to participate in the motivational interviewing, in person sessions for an hour each week. You will be asked to spend 10 minutes each week on phone. Each phone call will take about 10 minutes, while the in-person meeting will take 1 hour.
