There are two educational offerings for the DNP practice change project; (1) the participants will be able to understand the benefits, risks, and their roles in the study, and (2) the nursing staff will be able to identify the purpose of the protocol. For the first objective, the topic includes informed consent, confidentiality, and privacy, while the second objective contents include study design and methodology and implications for clinical practice. Informed consent allows the research participants to understand the purpose of the project and their roles (Hoverd et al., 2021). Moreover, confidentiality is vital in protecting the privacy of patient information and maintaining standards of research (Tegegne et al., 2022). The education sessions will be conducted at the beginning of the project.
