Purpose

The purpose of this discussion is to translate Boyer’s theoretical model of scholarship to drive evidence-based practice innovations.  

Instructions

Review this week’s lessons and readings. Using Boyer’s model of scholarship, apply the scholarship of application and respond to the following:

  1. Describe how you would include the scholarship of application into your teaching practice to influence teaching and learning innovations in your class.
  2. Provide an example of the scholarship of application to demonstrate your understanding of the model.
